“Gamimals” – Multiplayer Awesomeness

This pieces are from a series
dedicated to the love of the games.

Inspired by the famous “LuceCat” Events, which are upheld at the university for applied science Salzburg, where i had the joy of graduating from. This pieces celebrate local multiplayer games by taking iconic videogame assets and images and putting them in context with the animal struggle for survival. Pulling from a tournament format, where many players are starting and the field gets thinned out to the final duel, where to players meet in a 1v1.

The illustration itself is a beautiful study of reduction and dynamics in colors and shapes.

This is a non-commercial piece made as a tribute to gaming in general and certain iconic games from which images are referenced.
